Free trial: common questions
What happens after the 7 days?+
Two days before the trial ends we email you. Choose a plan to keep your assistants running. If you don't, we switch the assistants off at the end of the trial and nothing is charged.
Is the setup included in the trial?+
Yes. During the trial the setup (store connection, catalog, tone and test round) is included at no cost.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. You can stop during the trial or later on a monthly plan; just tell us by email.
Does the assistant talk to my customers right away?+
No. It starts in test mode. You review the test conversations, and it goes live only after that review and your approval.
